I’m stuck a million miles away inside my head
trying to create a world worth living in
with not even that audacity to desert my bed
and face disappointment once again
and even if life were hanging by a thread
sadly enough I’d reside within my head
creating romance from the novels I’ve read
swimming somewhere with water easier to tread
inside the ocean that is my head.
